RTL2 plays Game of Clones

The UK version of Game of Clones

German network RTL2 has picked up the rights to reality dating format Game of Clones from distributor The Story Lab.

The show, which was originally created and produced by Youngest Media for Channel 4 in the UK, will get an initial four-episode primetime run on RTL2 beginning in early 2018.

The German version will be produced by Constantin Entertainment and will feature a celebrity element.

Game of Clones follows a singleton looking for love who moves into a luxury house with ‘clones’ of their ideal partner and one week to find the perfect match.

The Story Lab Germany, the distributor’s local office, will continue to expand its portfolio of international and local premium entertainment content properties over the next few months under the leadership of Jan von Wussow, executive director and member of the executive board.
