RTL CBS to launch Colbert’s Late Show

Colbert has taken over from David Letterman

NEWS BRIEF: RTL CBS Entertainment, the joint-venture HD channel from RTL Group and CBS Studios International, is to be the first broadcaster to air The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in Asia.

The US chat show, which premieres across Asia on September 10, has recently seen Colbert take over from David Letterman as the host, executive producer and writer. It will be followed on weeknights by The Late Late Show with James Corden.
