Ricochet takes BBC2 into Jay’s Workshop

NEWS BRIEF: UK public broadcaster BBC2 has commissioned a six-part series from Warner Bros International Television Production-owned UK prodco Ricochet featuring The Repair Shop presenter Jay Blades.

Jay’s Workshop (working title, 6×60’) will see Blades build furniture for local communities, aided by a team of volunteers, each of whom have their own reason for joining the workshop. The Repair Shop, also produced by Ricochet, initially aired on BBC2 before moving to BBC1 as its popularity grew.
