NEWS BRIEF: Viacom-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 has renewed its Rich Kids Go Skint format, produced by indie Kalel Productions, for a second season of 12 episodes to air on its 5Star network.

The format places rich kids with some of Britain’s poorest families for eye-opening life experiences. Kalel is also working on two episodes of Prison Life: Raw & Real, interviewing former inmates and wardens of Britain’s prisons, for the same network.
