Raydar detects demand for Apple Tree House

Apple Tree House is already available on Foxtel and Fetch in Australia

Broadcasters in Australia, South Africa and Poland have picked up UK preschool series Apple Tree House from London-based distributor Raydar Media.

CBeebies in Australia, South Africa and Poland have taken the show, with Raydar agreeing a deal for seasons one and two with BBC Studios in Australia, where it is already available on pay TV services Foxtel and Fetch. CBeebies in South Africa and Poland have each taken season one of the 60×15’ series.

In China, content distributor Jetsen Huashi has taken all seasons of the show, which is currently in production for a third run, in a deal brokered between Raydar and Unanico Entertainment.

Apple Tree House is a mixed-media and live-action series set on an inner-city council estate and follows the adventures of recent arrival Mali and his new best friend Sam. It is produced by UK firm Five Apples (Rastamouse) and launched on CBeebies in the UK last year.
