Snapped: She Made Me Do It has been slated to start airing on Sunday September 6 at 22.00 (ET/PT). It’s being produced by Joke Productions, with the prodco’s founders Joke Fincioen and Biagio Messina serving as executive producers.

The show will use witness testimonies, interviews and dramatic re-enactments to explore various crimes masterminded by women.

“In line with the network’s commitment to generate programming that resonates with dynamic and diverse women, Snapped remains Oxygen’s ultimate guilty pleasure delivering non-stop twists and turns,” said Rod Aissa, exec VP of original programming and development at Oxygen.

The original Snapped show, from Jupiter Entertainment, started airing in 2004, while Joke Productions has been behind MTV’s Caged, A&E’s Don’t Trust Andrew Mayne, LMN’s Ghost Inside My Child and VH1’s Scream Queens, among numerous others.
