Ovation ups senior execs

US arts network Ovation has promoted several execs including Will Marks, who becomes senior VP of business development and digital, focusing on OTT initiatives and strategy.

Marks was previously senior VP of business development and digital at Ovation Television. He was responsible for the launches and ongoing expansion of live-streaming app Now and Journy, the top app in the travel category across the Roku platform.

The network has also promoted Erica Henry to VP of acquisitions, scheduling and programme planning. Henry was previously senior director of programme planning, scheduling and acquisitions and was responsible for securing content rights for Ovation’s linear and OTT services.

Edward Forman, formerly director of ad sales, has been upped to senior director of ad sales, while Frank Vittori has been promoted to VP of post-production, having been on the Ovation ad sales team since 2007.

Vittori has played a key role in the company’s in-house production unit, overseeing original content and on-air promotional spots.
