Noggin takes Fireworks drama for The N

MIP NEWS – Noggin's tween block The N has acquired seasons 1 and 2 of Fireworks International's drama series Being Eve, a series that blends live-action with cgi, music video and photomontage.

The 26×30' series is produced by South Pacific Pictures in association with New Zealand On Air for TV3 (NZ). It follows an inquisitive girl who tries to understand life, the universe and everything.

The show fits into The N mission to air programming that helps kids figure out their lives, said Noggin's vp of production and programming Sarah Tomassi Lindman.

The N is US kids channel Noggin's new block aimed at kids 9-14 and, like Noggin itself, is a joint venture between Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop. The Noggin channel airs preschool through the day and then turns into The N after 18.00.
