Nine Network looks to Next Year

MIPCOM: Nine Network in Australia is preparing to launch a local version of UK format This Time Next Year.

The UK version of the primetime studio entertainment series is currently being produced by UK prodco Twofour for commercial broadcaster ITV.

Nine Network picked up the rights to make an Australian edition at this week’s Mipcom and will go into production on a 6×60’ series immediately.

The format challenges ordinary people to change their lives in 12 months – by losing weight or finding love, for example.
