NGCI adds Earth’s wildlife trio

National Geographic Channels International (NGCI) has picked up a trio of wildlife specials from UK- and South Africa-based factual producer Earth Touch.

NGCI has acquired Black Mamba – Kiss of Death (1×50’), Lion Brotherhood (1×50’) and Great White Code Red (1×50’) for broadcast on its international Nat Geo Wild channel.

Black Mamba features reptile expert Simon Keyes and reveals the secret lives of snakes; Lion Brotherhood takes viewers to Botswana to explore a clash between two prides; and Great White Code Red explores the sensory organs of sharks.

All three shows are coproductions between Earth Touch and US cable network Smithsonian Channel, with the prodco holding worldwide distribution rights for the shows outside of the US market.
