The deals give ZED 145 hours of documentaries from the Flair Media catalogue and 180 hours of documentaries from the catalogue of La Compagnie des Taxi-Brousse.

The two agreements also give ZED a first-look at upcoming productions from the two firms.

Flair Media is an independent production company founded in 1998 and is headed by Guillaume Roy, while La Compagnie des Taxi-Brousse was founded in 1991 and is led by Laurent Mini and Karim Samaï.

These agreements, which follow ZED’s acquisition of Point du Jour and its catalogue, add to the 3,500 hours of films distributed by the Paris-based company.

Manuel Catteau, president of ZED, said: “Over the years, La Compagnie des Taxi-Brousse has built up a remarkably coherent editorial catalogue, and Flair Media has multiplied its bold productions.”
