ZDF Studios preps three nature docs with Doclights

NEWS BRIEF: Germany’s ZDF Studios has begun production on three new nature documentaries in coproduction with local factual producer Doclights, with ZDF Studios acting as international distributor for all three.

The projects are Hawaii – Water and Soul (3×50’), Indonesia – World of Wonders (4×50’) and Canada’s Wild Eastern Edge (4×50’). Doclights, which has produced unscripted content for international broadcasters including National Geographic, History, ZDF and Arte, is set to complete production by this summer.
