ZDF gets Dis/Informed from Abacus

Dis/Informed comes from Metrotone Media

German public broadcaster ZDF has acquired the rights to feature-length documentary Dis/Informed, which examines people’s vulnerability to conspiracy theories.

The 1×90’ doc, produced by London-based Metrotone Media, is being distributed internationally by UK-based sales house Abacus Media Rights (AMR).

Narrated by Metrotone founder and disinformation expert Dr Charles Kriel, the film looks specifically at the exposure of the yoga and wellness movement to conspiracies like QAnon.

CNN journalist Nina Jankowicz, authors Dr Mia Bloom and Dr Sophia Moskalenko, digital hate expert Dr Imran Ahmed and UK campaign group Hacked Off director Kyle Taylor are among the contributors.
