NEWS BRIEF: Canadian kids studio and channel owner WildBrain is heading to Mipcom and MipJunior with 2D-animated preschool series Zip & the Tiny Sprouts, which explores themes such as patience, perseverance and gratitude, on its slate.

The Australian-produced 52×7’ edutainment series from Tiny Souls Media was written and directed by Peter Johnston (Doodles) and Kyle Logan (Hip Hop Howls) of Fade in Studio’s 2D animation division K Love You Bye. Chris Bennett (Bluey, Super Smosh) serves as animation director and writer.
