Wheelhouse Sports links with Anthony Edwards’ Three Fifths Media for YouTube docuseries

Wheelhouse Sports, the recently launched production label within Brent Montgomery’s Wheelhouse, is teaming with NBA player Anthony Edwards, his production banner Three Fifths Media and producer Portal A on a YouTube sports docuseries.

The project, Year Five, will be built around crucial moments of Edwards’ current season as a player for the Minnesota Timberwolves, with new episodes being released mere days after filming takes place.

The show will premiere on Edwards’ YouTube channel on February 11, with bonus content being released on Instagram and TikTok. The main series will consist of five episodes, with each around 15 to 20 minutes in length.

Year Five is the first project to emanate from a deal announced in October between Wheelhouse and Three Fifths.

Montgomery, Stan Kaufman, Justin Holland and Nate Houghteling are executive producers, with Houghteling and Tre McCain co-directing.
