WBITVP Oz hires new legal affairs head

NEWS BRIEF: Australia’s Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP) has hired Seven Network executive David Harwood as director of legal and business affairs.

Harwood joins WBITVP from Australian Associated Press (AAP) where he served as interim general counsel. Prior to AAP he was at the Seven Network as head of legal and business affairs, production and has also held senior legal positions at Rugby League World Cup 2017, Sky, Channel 4 and the ABC.  Starting on November 10, he takes over from Joshua Chan, who returns to the UK after seven years with WBITVP Australia and 22 years with WB globally.
