WBITVP adds Satisfaction’s primetime quizshow The Final Circle to format slate

The Final Circle debuted on TF1 in June

Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP) has secured international distribution rights to French broadcaster TF1’s format The Final Circle.

Created by Satisfaction, part of France’s Satisfaction Group, The Final Circle is a primetime quizshow that puts contestants under pressure to prove not just what they know but the full power of their brain.

It features 50 contestants who step into a 360-degree arena and face challenges that test every part of the mind, from logic and memory to language and visual skills.

The gameshow format debuted on TF1 in June 2025 as Le Dernier Cercle. It has already been commissioned for a second season in France to air later this year, with other international commissions in discussion.

Andrew Zein, exec VP of creative format development and sales at WBITVP, said: “The Final Circle delivers what viewers continue to crave from their quiz and game shows: tension, humour and an iconic set in the form of the 360-degree arena, while also testing contestants’ full brain power under pressure to give anyone the chance to make it through to The Final Circle.”

Satisfaction has created original formats for a range of domestic broadcasters, including The Tourists, Anything Goes, The Villa of Broken Hearts, Stars Under Hypnosis, 1 to 10 and Intuition, as well as notably producing the French versions of The Floor, Let’s Make a Deal, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, Dragons’ Den and coproducing Battleship.

The deal was brokered by Ilan Astrug, VP of creative format acquisition at WBITVP, who leads the relationship with Satisfaction and oversees third-party format acquisitions for the group.
