WBD Lat Am renews Anima Kitchent preschool series Cuquin

NEWS BRIEF: Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) in Latin America has ordered a second season of 3D animated preschool series Cuquin from Spanish animation prodco Anima Kitchent.

The 20×5’ season is in production at Anima Kitchent’s studios in the Canary Islands and Madrid and will join WBD’s streamer Max and channel Cartoonito in mid-2025. Cuquin, which premiered last year, centres on three toddlers who use their imaginations at nursery to go on comedic adventures. It is based on 1960s Spanish children’s brand The Telerin Family.
