Warner Bros Int’l TV Production hires Alberto Carullo as director of fiction for Spain

Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP) has appointed veteran producer Alberto Carullo as director of fiction in Spain.

In his role at Warner Bros Discovery (WBD)’s production company, Carullo will lead content development and production for networks and platforms in both Spain and Latin America.

Carullo, who has more than 30 years of experience in television and a proven track record in senior management, will report to Sebastián Moguilevsky, general director of WBITVP in Spain and Portugal.

“Alberto is a highly respected producer in the market and an example of his trajectory and passion for the industry and audiovisual content,” said Moguilevsky.

“In addition to his professional credentials, I am delighted to have Alberto join our team given his dedication and enthusiasm. We have known each other for a long time and I have always considered him a very talented producer, with a professional nose and a very close relationship.”

Although WBITVP Spain has previously concentrated on entertainment formats, such as First Dates, it has increasingly moved into fiction.
