Vlogging toon bounces onto Boing

Turner has acquired the first animated series from Italian producer European Television Service (ETS) for its children’s channel Boing in parts of Europe and Africa.

Glammys School of Fashion Vlog (13×2′) is aimed at six- to nine-year-olds and is made up of the video blogs (vlogs) of various different characters at a school for fashion.

It will air on Boing in Italy, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland and French-speaking Africa.

The 2D animation for the show was produced by Italian studio Maga Animation (Extreme Football).

ETS launched its move into animation, and the vlog series, at MipJunior in Cannes last month.
