Jaffe, who will officially begin the role later this month, replaces Marc Helwig who exited the post earlier this year. The news was first reported by Deadline.

Jaffe, who was most recently the executive VP of television at Village Roadshow, will be tasked with leading the company’s television operation and its teams in LA, London and Doha.

She will report to Jonathan Glickman, CEO of the company owned by Qatar’s beIN Media Group and Paramount Global.

During her time at Village Roadshow, Jaffe oversaw titles including comedy-drama We Might Regret This (BBC Two) and a movie version of the Carlton Cuse-created police procedural Nash Bridges for USA Network.

Prior to Village Roadshow, Raffe was president of Greg Garcia’s production company Amigos de Garcia and before that VP of current programming at CBS.

Miramax’s TV credits include Netflix’s Guy Ritchie comedy drama The Gentlemen and Max docuseries Project Greenlight. In addition, when Glickman was named company of Miramax a year ago, the company assumed the position of his former prodco, Panoramic Media, in Netflix shows Wednesday and Zero Day.
