V10 hires NBCU, Paramount alum Josh Vodnoy to lead distribution and licensing in the US 

MIPCOM: LA-based V10 Entertainment, which owns prodcos including Venture 10 Studio Group and Vin Di Bona Productions (America’s Funniest Home Videos), has named former NBCUniversal and Paramount exec Josh Vodnoy as head of domestic distribution, business development and licensing.

In the role, Vodnoy will work closely with V10’s head of international licensing and business development Samantha Cooper to oversee international distribution of America’s Funniest Videos and motorcycle series MotoAmerica, as well as V10’s portfolio of free ad-supported streaming TV channels.

In addition, Vodnoy will help oversee business development, licensing, partnerships and acquisitions for V10’s library of clips and other series across streaming and linear, such as Follow Me, Totally Funny Kids & Animals, Blue Collar Auction and World’s Funniest Videos.

He was previously the VP of content acquisition for TV and streaming at NBCUniversal, working on titles including Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune and on in-season streaming rights deals for Peacock.

Before that, he spent more than 15 years at Paramount Global/Viacom in several roles including VP of programming acquisitions.
