US streamer Topic picks up new int’l series from Beta Film, returns to Pagan Peak

US-based crime and suspense streamer Topic has picked up North American rights to four shows from Germany’s Beta Film, including season three of the Austro-German crime series Pagan Peak.

The series, produced by Wiedemann & Berg Television in coproduction with Epo-film Produktionsgesellschaft for Sky Germany, streams exclusively on Topic in the US and Canada.

The streamer, which is owned by First Look Entertainment, also acquired Finnish series Helsinki Syndrome (Fisher King, Panache Productions), 13-part Greek drama Silent Road (Mega TV, Filmiki Productions) and six-episode Croatian-Ukrainian drama The Silence (Drugi Plan, HRT).
