Israeli distributor Keshet International (KI) is launching pre-sales for Suspicion, a thriller series headlining its slate of content to be shopped at MipTV next week.

Starring Uma Thurman (Kill Bill) the eight-part contemporary drama was originally ordered by Apple TV+ and is a US remake of Keshet Broadcasting’s own False Flag.

The political thriller sees the son of a prominent American businesswoman (Thurman) kidnapped, with the finger of blame pointed towards five seemingly ordinary British citizens. Co-stars include Noah Emmerich (The Americans) and Kunnal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory).

Other titles being offered to buyers in Cannes by KI include: 8×52’ Israeli surrogacy drama A Body that Works (Kuma Studios for Keshet 12); the second season of cop show Line in the Sand (Koda Communications for Keshet 12); 1×60’ factual special Undercover: Sexual Harassment: The Truth (Kalel Productions for Channel 4); and relationship format I Do, But with Who? (Rockerdale Studios and Koda Communications for Keshet 12).
