UKTV turns W into free-to-air channel

W’s line-up includes Inside the Ambulance

NEWS BRIEF: BBC Studios-owned multichannel broadcaster UKTV is making its general entertainment channel W free-to-air (FTA) in the UK.

W will become an FTA net on Monday March 28 in Freeview slot 25. It offers series including Alex Jones: Making Babies, Rochelle Humes: Interior Designer in the Making, Nurses on the Ward and Dating With My Mates, alongside new series of returning favourites Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, MasterChef USA, Australia and Canada and Inside the Ambulance.
