Channel 4-backed UK indie Spirit Studios has announced the launch of IP360, a new partnerships division that aims to transform creative ideas into multi-platform content brands.

Spirit said the venture – to be rolled out next year – will help bring its clients’ intellectual property to life across all formats and genres, from podcasts and digital channels to global TV distribution.

IP360 will offer a “revolutionary approach to content creation and commercialisation”, said the company, ensuring that documentaries, drama and entertainment formats can find multiple different homes.

Spirit Studios, which produces shows such as The Stand Up Sketch Show for ITV and Missing, Presumed Dead for Hearst Networks EMEA, will launch IP360 in the first quarter of 2025.

Matt Campion, founder and CEO of Spirit Studios, said: “We’re living in an extraordinary era where producers have the power to launch their own shows, build their own audiences and create global content brands.

“But thriving in this landscape requires more than creativity – it demands new skills, new business models, and a forward-thinking approach. Our IP360 division is designed to transform a single idea into a multi-platform success, connecting with audiences across podcasts, social media, streaming platforms, and more.”
