NEWS BRIEF: Polish broadcaster TVP 2 is bringing back Banijay’s scripted crime format Penoza for a third season after an eight year hiatus. The series is produced by Endemol Shine Poland and due to premiere in the spring.

Originally created by NL Film, part of Banijay Benelux, Penoza, has been adapted in seven markets across Europe and the US. In this Polish series, Agata Kulesza reprises her role as Carmen, a resilient woman entangled in the dangerous male-dominated world of organised crime.
