TV ON Producciones adds Elvi Cano to international department in US

Spanish drama and animation studio TV ON Producciones has hired Elvi Cano for its international department in the US.

Based in Valencia, TV ON Producciones creates and produces its own IP as well as offering international production services for drama and animation.

Cano has more than 15 years of international experience in the entertainment industry, including executive direction and directing and producing audiovisual events.

She previously spent 12 years as the director of rights-management firm EGEDA in the US and was also involved in the creation of the Platino Awards for Ibero-American cinema, serving as the director of its talent department for 10 years.

In her new role, Cano will work to secure coproductions with the US and attract international productions to Spain.

Paloma Mora, CEO and producer at TV ON Producciones, said: “After 20 years of productions in Spain, Europe and Latin America, we have initiated expansion in the US with the fantastic collaboration and support of Elvi Cano.

“Our main objective in the US is to close coproductions with global reach. We already have a coproduction confirmed through this collaboration, as well as several projects in different stages of development that we are working on, especially aimed at the Latin market.”
