Fear Factor is returning it to Danish screens for the first time since 2002

NEWS BRIEF: TV 2 and TV 2 Echo in Denmark have revived Banijay format Fear Factor in the territory, returning it to Danish screens for the first time since 2002.

Banijay Nordic’s Metronome is producing a new version hosted by comedian Ruben Søltoft who is afraid of absolutely everything. The games remain true to the Fear Factor legacy with extreme heights and stomach-turning stunts. Filmed in an abandoned slaughterhouse, contestants are pushed to confront their phobias, while unexpected tasks and ironic setups bring laughter into the mix.
