Turkish melodrama Behind the Veil heads to Albavision in Latin America

Behind the Veil comes from Film Yapim Merkezi

NEWS BRIEF: Latin American free TV network Albavision has acquired hit Turkish melodrama series Behind the Veil in a pan-regional deal with Scandinavia-based distributor Eccho Rights.

Produced by Film Yapim Merkezi for Turkish broadcaster Kanal 7, the show will air in the Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador following the deal. Behind the Veil stars Talya Çelebi and Cenay Türksever in the story of an independent young woman called Hançer who agrees to an arranged marriage with a wealthy man to pay for her brother’s medical expenses.
