The Search heads to Belgium with VRT

NEWS BRIEF: Belgium’s VRT has commissioned a local version of physical word search format The Search for its children’s and youth channel Ketnet, produced by Belgian prodco Free Kings.

Originally created by Keshet International (KI) and Youngest Media for Keshet 12, The Search is a studio-based gameshow that transforms the universally familiar word search puzzle into a full-scale, high-energy television event. A 30×15’ local version has been ordered titled Lettersoep (Alphabet Soup) to be hosted by Emma Vanthielen following a deal between Free Kicks and the show’s distributor KI.
