TGC GE hires former eOne exec Carolina Sofia den Baas as sales agent

LA-based format distribution company TGC Global Entertainment (TGC GE) has hired former Entertainment One (eOne) exec Carolina Sofia den Baas as sales and acquisitions agent for central and eastern Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

With 20 years of experience in international television distribution, den Baas spent almost a decade at eOne Television International where she rose through the ranks to VP.

Earlier in her career, she held senior sales roles at DRG and Zeal TV where she successfully placed hit format The Singing Bee – from TGC GE’s sister company The Gurin Co – across Latin America, Spain and the Middle East, alongside selling out the company’s catalogue in Iberia and securing multiple format commissions from Channel 4 International’s line-up.

Den Baas joins TGC GE’s other agents Cecilia Ingebrigtsen and Roxanne Pompa.
