Bryce Hunter takes up the newly created role at digital-focused Temple Street Media Ventures (TSMV), where he will be responsible for working with the firm’s heads of video, technology and brand marketing to accelerate growth.

Hunter will work in both the Canadian and international markets and will develop projects that support Toronto- and LA-based Temple Street’s TV shows, reporting to TSMV VP Michel Pratte.

“As our digital business continues to expand, it became clear that a new position was needed to meet the growing demand across all our digital media content verticals,” Pratte said.

Hunter was most recently producer of interactive at DHX, where he managed the company’s digital businesses.

His appointment at Temple Street – which is behind CBC’s X Company and Darcy’s Wild Life for NBC, Discovery Kids and Family Channel – yesterday revealed plans to target mobile game development.
