Talpa to lay down The Floor in France

NEWS BRIEF: France Télévisions has ordered both daily and primetime versions of Talpa’s new quizshow The Floor, marking the format’s first major broadcast commission outside of the Netherlands.

The French show will be produced by Satisfaction Group and air in July 2023. The Floor is currently airing on RTL4 in the Netherlands and also on local SVoD platform Videoland. In 2022, Eureka Productions teamed up with Talpa to bring The Floor to the US. Sales of the Talpa Concepts format are handled by Talpa Distribution.
