Superights to handle global sales of Distillery Films’ 2D toon Sullivan Sails

Sullivan Sails was ordered by Ireland’s RTÉJr and KidsMe in Italy

French children’s distributor Superights has picked up the global distribution rights to Irish prodco Distillery Films’ upcoming preschool series Sullivan Sails.

Commissioned by Irish pubcaster RTÉJr and DeAgostini’s KidsMe in Italy, Sullivan Sails (26×7’) is a 2D animated series for 3-5s about a little boy who aspires to grow up to be a cartographer and explorer.

The series aims to teach children about the natural world, encouraging a love of adventure, exploration and imagination, as well as isolated play and tolerance.

Produced by Distillery Films and ALT Animation, Sullivan Sails is in production with delivery due next year. Superights hold the international rights excluding Italy and Ireland.
