Super Channel tracks Lionsgate’s Manhunt

Manhunt: Deadly Games stars Cameron Britton as bomber suspect Richard Jewell

Canadian pay TV network Super Channel has acquired true crime drama Manhunt: Deadly Games from Lionsgate Television.

The series was originally coproduced by Lionsgate and Spectrum for Spectrum Originals, the VoD service owned by US media giant Charter Communications.

The 10-episode second season will premiere next month on Super Channel Fuse.

The series chronicles one of the largest and most complex manhunts in the US after the discovery of a bomb during the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

It is created and written by Andrew Sodroski, who also exec produces with John Goldwyn and Michael Dinner. Dinner also directs.
