Starz gives Blindspotting second run

NEWS BRIEF: Lionsgate-owned US cablenet Starz has renewed its original comedic drama Blindspotting, which picks up after the end of the feature film of the same name for a second season.

The half-hour series is executive produced by Rafael Casal and Daveed Diggs. Casal also leads as the series showrunner and returns to reprise his role as Miles. Snoot Entertainment and Barnyard Projects are the production companies involved.
