Sony, Latimer cast their spell over YouTube

Sony Pictures Television (SPT) is launching a YouTube channel with magician and science educator Jason Latimer.

Impossible Science aims to combine science and magic to inspire children in education. In the first original video strand to launch on the channel, Impossible Science: At Home, Jason uses the power of Zoom and everyday household items to teach science through magic to kids, celebrities and special guests.

Latimer usually performs at science centres across the US and is starting the channel to coincide with the beginning of the new school term, with many kids worldwide still being educated at home.

Impossible Science videos will be hosted by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok, in addition to appearing on the YouTube channel.

The programming is being produced through Latimer’s outfit WonderFirst by Latimer and Dustin Gould, in association with SPT.
