Sky UK snaps up Zoonicorn

Animated pre-school series Zoonicorn

NEWS BRIEF: UK pay TV operator Sky has acquired animated pre-school series Zoonicorn to air on its new Sky Kids linear channel plus on-demand.

The deal was done by Toonz Entertainment, the distribution arm of Ireland-based Toonz Media Group. Sky has taken the first 52×7’ series of the cartoon for a period of three years, with the show debuting in February next year. The series is set in a magical dreamworld where the Zoonicorns enjoy exciting adventures and show kids how to solve real-life problems.
