Sky preps Universal Pictures, Pitch Productions football doc

NEWS BRIEF: European pay TV operator Sky has commissioned a documentary series from Universal Pictures Content Group and Pitch Productions that follows the international football transfer window.

The Window (4×60’) will follow football players behind the scenes of the transfer window and is directed by Justin Webster (FC Barcelona Confidential, Six Dreams) and produced by Adam Darke (Forbidden Games, All Or Nothing: Juventus). Jamie Morris, director of programmes for UK and Ireland and Jack Oliver, head of coproductions, commissioned the series for Sky Documentaries for MD of content Zai Bennett.
