Sky Documentaries orders Nick Cave doc

NEWS BRIEF: UK pay TV network Sky Documentaries is to explore the creative universe, enduring influence and impact of singer, songwriter and artist Nick Cave in a new one-off documentary working-titled The Veiled World of Nick Cave, produced by Supercollider.

The Sky original will feature stories from some of Cave’s closest collaborators, including musicians Florence Welch, Colin Greenwood and Warren Ellis, designer Bella Freud, and filmmaker Wim Wenders and writer Irvine Welsh. The doc will partner Sky original drama The Death of Bunny Munro, a new six-part series based on Cave’s acclaimed second novel with an original score by Cave and long-time collaborator Warren Ellis.
