Belfast-based animation studio Sixteen South is behind children’s series including Odo for Paramount-owned Channel 5’s Milkshake! and was at Cartoon Forum in Toulouse last week pitching new show A Horse Named Steve – its first Canadian coproduction, working together with Nelvana.

Sixteen South founder and creative director Colin Williams has been among the industry’s most vocal critics of the use of artificial intelligence in TV and he spoke about these issues and more with Karolina Kaminska.
