Sierra/Engine sees a ghost

US distributor Sierra/Engine has acquired international distribution rights to a supernatural reality series starring Cheaters’ Joey Greco.

Ghostbreakers (18×30′) sees Greco visit haunted spots in North America with a team of specialists, following up on spooky claims of supernatural sightings.

Chris Philip of Sierra/Engine said: “This genre has travelled well internationally and now with this new spin and Joey Greco hosting, we are excited to offer Ghostbreakers on a global scale.”

The series, Created by Gabriel Horn and Benjamin Wilbanks, is produced by New Palace Films and Slow Children at Play.

This deal continues Sierra/Engine’s push into television, after it picked up the US rights to Korean drama series Cruel Temptation last week.
