Seinfeld steers web series

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld will interview his friends while driving them around in a new web series to be screened on US online video platform Crackle.

Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee will see the Seinfeld star drive a range of vintage cars with different comedians sitting alongside him. A trailer for the show was unveiled yesterday, in which he is shown talking to Larry David, Alec Baldwin, Ricky Gervais and Michael Richards.

The show will debut on Crackle, which is owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment, on July 19.
