SABC picks up ACTF kids’ titles

Hardball premiered in Australia on ABC Me last year.

NEWS BRIEF: South African public broadcaster SABC has picked up 16 children’s titles from the Australian Children’s Television Foundation via South African distributor Urban Pictures.

Titles SABC has acquired include Hardball and Little Lunch, which will screen for the first time in the territory on free-to-air TV, and classic series including Mortified, Genie from Down Under and Girl from Tomorrow. The shows will air on SABC from June.
