Play4 has greenlit a second run of Ultimate Celebrity Car Park Showdown

RTL Netherlands has commissioned a local adaptation of Belgian format Ultimate Celebrity Car Park Showdown.

The original Woestijnvis format has been greenlit for a second season ahead of its first-season finale on Play4 in Belgium.

Following its success, RTL Netherlands has licensed a local adaptation for broadcast in 2025, while options have also been secured in territories including the the Nordics, Spain, Italy and Portugal, signalling a strong appetite for the high-energy series, according to the show’s distributor, Primitives.

The Ultimate Celebrity Car Park Showdown (locally titled Kamp Jeroom) sees celebrities and their chosen partners face off in a secret underground parking lot. Each episode features three deceptively simple challenges, where traditional skills like endurance and concentration are irrelevant.
