Red Arrow Studios offers Love for the Ages as it unveils unscripted slate

Tplus’s new take on the relationship format Love for the Ages

Red Arrow Studios International has revealed its slate of reality, social experiments and factual entertainment shows ahead of Mipcom in Cannes next month, including Kinetic Content’s relationship format Love for the Ages and Sky’s factual entertainment show Hold The Front Page.

Love for the Ages is a new take on the relationship format, originally produced by Kinetic Content for Tplus in the US. The show sees three middle-aged married couples, each at a crossroad in their relationships, attempt to inject some youthful energy back into their lives by swapping their spouses for partners 20 years younger.

Meanwhile, new primetime reality series Claim to Fame challenges 12 ordinary people with famous relatives to keep their identities secret while exposing the others one by one. The format was also originally produced by Kinetic Content for US broadcast network ABC and aired this summer.

Red Arrow Studios International has also secured the rights to Hold the Front Page from CPL Productions for Sky Max (UK). In this factual entertainment format, two celebrities set off around the country in search of scoops, scandals and surprising stories from the local news.

Social experiment series Old People’s Home for Teenagers

Also featuring is Old People’s Home for Teenagers, a new social experiment and spin-off to the multi-award-winning Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds. The new format is produced by Endemol Shine Australia for ABC in Australia and will see older adults brought together with teenagers.

Reality format My New Mystery Job, produced by Stepping Stone Productions for NPO3 in the Netherlands, sees a group of participants sign up for a career change without knowing what it is.

The slate will also feature a social experiment format produced by Deutsche ProduktionsUnion for ProSieben in Germany titled The X Experiment, which follows a presenter as they set out to explore contemporary, socially relevant issues in extreme investigations.

Rounding out the unscripted offering is Celebrity Career Challenge from Redseven Entertainment for ProSieben, a travel and adventure primetime challenge format that sees teams of celebrities attempt to learn new jobs in a different country.
