Record TV orders Lat Am version of Belgium’s 99 To Beat

99 To Beat first aired on VRT in Belgium

NEWS BRIEF: Brazilian broadcaster Record TV has ordered a local version of Belgian format 99 To Beat, bringing it to Latin America for the first time.

The 10×90′ series will debut later this year, with Boxfish Brazil producing. Distributed by Primitives and originally created by VRT and De Chinezen, 99 To Beat has been adapted in 11 territories. The Italian version launched earlier this week on Rai 2, joining adaptations in Germany (Sat.1), the Netherlands (SBS) and Norway (WBD), while upcoming versions are slated to air in the UK (ITV) and France (M6) this year.
