Rabbit Films takes on quiz Masters of Everyday Life from Bavaria Entertainment and SWR

Masters of Everyday Life has been on air in Germany since 2012

Helsinki-based Rabbit Films has acquired the international distribution rights to quiz format Masters of Everyday Life.

Created by Bavaria Entertainment with SWR in Germany, Masters of Everyday Life (originally titled Meister des Alltags) is a studio-based quizshow that sees teams of celebrities compete.

Questions are related to everyday life, such as ‘How do you remove a chocolate ice cream stain from a t-shirt?’ or ‘How do you get a ring off a swollen finger?’ The host gives five possible answers and the celebrities have 10 seconds to place each answer in the true or false column. Each correct answer earns the team up to €200 (US$227), with the prize money going to charity.

Masters of Everyday Life has been on air in Germany since 2012 on both regional channel SWR and pan-regional broadcaster ARD. A typical season consists of 12×30’ episodes and this is the first time the format is being presented to the international market.
