Prime Video orders high school dating series Sweethearts from Love Is Blind’s Kinetic Content

Sweethearts debuts on Prime Video on February 13

Amazon’s Prime Video has ordered a dating series focused on high school couples from Love Is Blind production company Kinetic Content.

Sweethearts follows six teenage couples in Charleston, South Carolina, as they navigate the end of high school and their final summer together before heading off to college

The streaming service ordered a 10-episode series, which will debut in its entirety on February 13.

The show is produced by Kinetic Content and Amazon MGM Studios, with Chris Coelen, Eric Detwiler, Paul Moore, Sunny Franklin, Lucy Bennett, Vivian Choi and Scott Teti serving as executive producers.

For Kinetic Content, the announcement comes on the heels of its move to launch a UK arm, led by former Monkey Kingdom exec Laura Gibson.
